Services provided

Eveni Guest House services are tailor made to meet the needs of our customers. Customer satisfaction is our strength. We have quality leisure services, which includes swimming pool and children's games. The guest house has a working team with a wide range of experience in the hotel industry, as well as visionary and innovative leadership skills and passion for the industry.

Transport and daily tours

A 15-seater mini-bus (Toyota Quantum) is available to transport guests to their desired destinations according to their interest at an additional fee. Transport services to the airport are arranged daily upon request. In addition to the above service, we conduct daily tours to areas of tourist interest around Swaziland and to selected places in South Africa such as the Kruger National Park.

Entertainment

Eveni Guest House offers children entertainment and swimming pool facilities with an eye catching waterfall, flowing gentle directly to the pool. The pool side has comfortable chairs, braai stands and ranges of tables. The Guest House is close to the Golf Course where golfers rehearse before going for the finals at the Royal Swazi Spa.

Reception, Marketing and House Keeping

Eveni Guest House and Restaurant has a team responsible for housekeeping and making the guest house environment conducive to customers. The hygiene and cleanliness of both the outside yard and the rooms is maintained up to the city council required standard. The Sales and Marketing sections of Eveni Guest House receives all our customers and handles all communications, quotations, invoicing, and ensures that customer needs are met timeously. Our staff is readily available to assist twenty four hours daily and to promote Eveni Guest House services.

Terms and Conditions

  • By paying the deposit you automatically your acceptance to Eveni Guest House policies, regarding payment, cancellation and postponement.
  • Deposit will only be accepted in cash, Credit card or Direct Bank Transfer.
  • In the case of Direct Bank Transfer, a proof of payment must be emailed or faxed to Eveni Guest House.
  • The reference number issued when the provisional booking was made should be noted on all Direct bank Bank Deposits.
  • Weddings, parties, conferences are booked with a detailed purchases order issued and confirmed in writting no less than seven (7) days prior to facilitate catering arrangements. Unfortunately we cannot credit catering non-arrivals.
  • Booking will be confirmed once payment is made.
  • Check-in time - 1200 noon & Check-out time - 1100 hrs

Security

We have a strong security system inside the rooms, the Guest House premises and the whole neighborhood. The guest house has a wall fence equipped with electric fence on top, reinforced with an alarm system to alert the group of security guards when there are intruders. The wall fence provides privacy and security to our customers. The guest house premises are fitted with security cameras to strengthen the security system for the safety of our customers. Fire alarm, sensors, fire escape routes and fire assembly points are clearly marked for our customers.
